  But in rare instances, a design’s popularity makes it tough to
  keep in stock on a daily basis.

• How do I make a return or exchange?
  Send us an email, let us know what you need to do, and we’ll email
  a return authorization, usually within a few hours.

• How can I change my order?
  We work quickly, so the sooner you contact us, the better your
  chances are that we can change your order. We generally pack
  up your order within a few hours of receiving it.
